How does Innovation Mentoring work?
Step 1
From having a vague idea for a new product to being in an innovation project and having an acute problem. You realize that external support is needed.
Step 2
In a first meeting, we will identify your specific needs and give an honest assessment on your inquiry. We will also check if are we the right experts for you, if not we will b able to refer you to them as well as if your issue can realistically be solved with the resources available or if other external expertise (e.g. scientific or financial) is needed. Very rarely, we also indicate that a project should be terminated, as we do not sell false hope.
Step 3
Following, together with your team, we form a concrete action plan. We can draw from our vast experience built from over hundreds of projects.
Step 4
Depending on your needs, we either accompany your project from inception to completion or help you navigate your project through rough waters.

For SME’s with up to 250 employees, our innovation mentoring is free of charge thanks to Gabriele’s accreditation with Innosuisse. You only have to apply for a voucher at Innosuisse which will usually be granted within a couple of days.
